Our Team

Jen has been our office manager since 2003. She began her career here as a school to work student and is celebrating 28 years at our office. Jen is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant and has experience in all departments. Jen takes great pride in leading employees to always give our patients the gold standard of care.

Jen was born and raised in Altoona, PA. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage sons, camping, baking, and traveling.

Becca has been a part of the Mountain View family since 2008 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2015. She is a Certified Paraoptometric Technician. What she loves most about her job is being given the opportunity to work closely with the doctors in growing the practice, as well as meeting new people everyday.

She lives at home with her husband (Drew), her two young daughters (Avery and Parker). She enjoys going to car shows, gardening, doing escape rooms, and spending time playing with her girls.

Pam loves the relationships that she has her coworkers. She also enjoys making sure that our patients claims get billed correctly and in a timely manner. When she is not working you can find her cheering on PennState and spending time with her grandbaby.

Working behind the scenes to ensure our patients get the gold standard of care from check in to check out is what Michelle loves about her job. When she is not billing insurance you can see her in the stands cheering on her boys at their football games. She also enjoys camping with her family.

Helen enjoys working closely with her coworkers and the atmosphere. “It is nice having a job that works with your family life.”
She loves spending time with her family, read and taking her dogs for a walk.

Kathy enjoys all seasons, so when she is not at work you will find her outdoors.

While she is on the clock she loves greeting patients as soon as they walk through the door. She also enjoys making our patients smile.

Connecting with patients on a daily basis is the main reason Emilee enjoys working at Mountain View. Outside of work spending time with family and friends is her main enjoyment. She also likes doing things outdoors.

What Lorena enjoys about working at Mountain View Eye is talking to our patients every day and making them feel happy and welcome. On her free time she enjoys salsa dancing and anything outdoors. She loves taking long walks around the neighborhood, picnics, camping, road trips, traveling and exploring new places.

What Vanessa enjoys the most about working at MVE is the supportive work environment. She also loves that her position allows her to bring a positive impact to patients every day. When she is not answering the phones she loves having movie nights with her kids, especially watching horror movies with popcorn, exploring new coffee shops, going on long hikes, and playing with my 2 cats, Darth Vader and Sauron

Kim enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. While working she loves getting to know her patients and helping them see the best they can.

Karly is a Pittsburgh Penguin fanatic and loves going to their games. She is a thrill seeker who enjoys going to amusement parks and riding rollercoasters. One thing she loves about her job is working closely with her patients, as well as working with a great group of coworkers and doctors.

Michele enjoys seeing familiar faces while she is at work. She likes being able to answer questions or concerns about testing to help put patients at ease. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and her two step children.

Jillian enjoys making delicious sweet treats and food! She also loves spending time with her family, friends, and two Yorkies. She appreciates how kind and welcoming her coworkers and patients are.

If Aliyah is not hanging out with her friends you can find her relaxing on her down time. When she is on the clock she really enjoys working with complex patients and performing special tests.

Maeve loves helping patients achieve their best vision as well as making them laugh with silly jokes during their appointments. When she is not making patients laugh at work she enjoys playing with her cats, making "muppet" puppets and playing the pipe organ. Bri

Brian enjoys working with his fellow coworkers and serving the patients. He loves the level of care Mountain View takes with our patients. When he is off the clock he enjoys spending time with his wife, spending time and talking to their kids, especially their granddaughters. He also love photography.

Ava loves meeting new people and creating bonds with them. She also helps out on her familys dairy farm. When she is not working she likes to spend time outdoors with her family and friends.

Logen likes helping patients with their medical needs when it comes to eye care. He also likes doing whatever it takes to satisfy our patients. When he is not doing preliminary testing on our patients he is spending time with his family and friends, or hunting, fishing, and swinging the iron on the golf course.

Emily loves working closely with her dad, Dr. Jones. She appreciates getting to meet and talking with patients while at work. When she is off the clock she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as lifting weights, performing music, and running her candle business.

When you see our frame board with all the latest and greatest frames, that is Jenny’s hard work. She is our Frame Board Specialist and is in charge of ordering all the new inventory. Jenny loves the challenge of finding new frames to keep our patients looking their best. While she is not on the clock at Mountain View, she enjoys camping and crafting.

Jons favorite thing about helping in optical is being able to problem solve to give the patients the best possible experience at Mountain View.

Kristin oversees our Safety program. While helping patients she is not afraid to give her honest opinion, to build relationships with them. She also enjoys helping children pick out their first pair of glasses. When she is not at work you can find her playing video games with her husband and spending time with her son and pup Ruger.

Not only does Terry love to help patients find the perfect frame, but she also enjoys making sure they get the best lens possible. In her free time, she enjoys spending her time with family and going to car shows.

Debbie loves meeting new people and assisting them with choosing fun frames. She wants the patients frames to both look great and feel comfortable. When she is not helping patients look their best, she is watching her family drag race their dirt bikes and 4 wheelers. She also enjoys cooking, and antique shopping with friends.

Mackinzie appreciates educating patients on what frames would work best with their specific prescriptions and visual needs. She also really enjoys finding them a frame that makes them feel confident. When she is not styling our patients you can find her styling her family and friends using her cosmetology background. When she has downtime she is going on adventures with her son, boyfriend, and parents.

Sara enjoys spending time with her children around a bonfire, or going on long distance drives. She likes to spend one on one time with patients while helping them look and feel their best.

Everyday that Jeremy is working he is always having a fun time. He appreciates how nice and helpful everyone is at Mountain View. Jeremy enjoys cooking delicious dishes to share with his loved one. He spends most of his free time with his wife, Cheyenne, and his cats Jasper, Flora and Mary.

Jon feels that being a key part in providing patients with quality eyewear and in turn quality vision is a big part of why he loves his job. He enjoys listening to live music, watching sports and spending time with his family.

Melissa runs our Contact Lens department. She is responsible for ordering and checking in patients contacts. She is also who will teach you how to insert and remove contacts. Melissa is also the one who maintains our stock supply of contacts as well as keeps the rest of the staff up to date on any changes.
